Workshop Series
This is the first workshop in the “Create Your Dream Life” workshop series. You might want to participate in the second “Plan Your Dream Life”, third “Uncover Your Limiting Beliefs” or final “Create Liberating Beliefs” workshop as well.
What are some of the challenges you might be facing and which can be tackled with this workshop?

You don’t feel very happy with your life.

You don’t know what you really want from life.

You feel something is missing in your life but you can’t tell what.

You feel unmotivated in life.

You don't know what your priorities in life are.
Plan Your Dream Life
What can you expect from this workshop?
✓ You will create SMART goals that represent milestones toward your dream life.
✓ You will break your goals down into action steps and schedule them together with an inspect & adapt session.
✓ You will find an accountability partner to stay on track.
✓ You will exchange with others about their plan and see what challenges they faced.
✓ You will get online access to all exercises and workshop content. This allows you to revisit what you've learned anytime and integrate the techniques into your life for the long term.
Workshop Series
This is the continuation of the workshop “Envision Your Dream Life” in the workshop series “Create Your Dream Life”, in which - among other things - you figured out your life priorities. So for this workshop, we assume you know your life priorities.
You might want to participate in the third “Uncover Your Limiting Beliefs” or final “Create Liberating Beliefs” workshop as well.
What are some of the challenges you might be facing and which can be tackled with this workshop?

You want to make a step in a new direction in life but don’t know how to tackle it.

You don’t know how to get to your dream life.

You don’t know how to create goals and plan to arrive at your goals.


Uncover Limiting Beliefs
What can you expect from this workshop?
✓ You will identify behavior that is holding you back from arriving at your dream life.
✓ You will identify the feared consequences behind your behavior.
✓ You will identify the competing commitment that is holding you back from arriving at your dream life.
✓ You will identify the underlying assumptions.
✓ You will exchange with others about what is holding them back to arrive at their dream lives.
✓ You will get online access to all exercises and workshop content. This allows you to revisit what you've learned anytime and integrate the techniques into your life for the long term.
Workshop Series
This is the continuation of the workshop “Plan Your Dream Life” in the workshop series “Create Your Dream Life”, in which - among other things - you created a plan to focus on your priorities. So for this workshop, we assume you have taken some action toward your life priorities but something seems to be preventing you from getting closer to your dream life.
You might want to participate in the final “Create Liberating Beliefs” workshop as well.
What are some of the challenges you might be facing and which can be tackled with this workshop?

You feel something is holding you back in your life but you can’t tell what.

You don’t know your limiting beliefs.

You don’t know the fears preventing you from arriving at your dream life.
Create Liberating Beliefs
What can you expect from this workshop?

✓ You will experiment with more liberating beliefs.
✓ You will explore your past and heal your wounds.
✓ You will design experiments in real life to support more realistic and liberating beliefs.
✓ You will exchange with others and see how they transform their beliefs.
✓ You will get online access to all exercises and workshop content. This allows you to revisit what you've learned anytime and integrate the techniques into your life for the long term.
Workshop Series
This is the continuation of the workshop “Uncover Your Limiting Beliefs”, in which - among other things - you found a limiting belief in a concrete situation that is holding you back. So for this workshop, we assume you have identified a concrete situation where a limiting belief is active.
What are some of the challenges you might be facing and which can be tackled with this workshop?

You don’t know how to change your beliefs.

You don’t know how to heal the wounds of your past.
